"Dark dragons" is the name given to these teas in China, although this does not mean that they are all heavily oxidized. But with a flavor spectrum ranging from sweet, floral and fruity to complex bitter notes - and oxidation levels between 10% and 70% - this group is almost as changeable as its mythical namesakes.
